WARRIORSWELLBEING
MY STORY
A journey shaped by experience.
I’m Arty. Warriors Wellbeing grew from my own search for a different way forward, and a desire to share the tools and lessons that have helped me along the way.
ABOUT ME
My path to change
I started Warriors Wellbeing around three years ago, after experiencing addiction and difficult periods in my life. Along the way, I encountered plant medicine, which shifted my perspective and opened a longer journey of self-discovery. I began exploring tools and practices that helped me reconnect with myself and make different choices, including breathwork, cold-water practice and Kambo.
Breathwork and cold-water practice have helped me feel more grounded and reconnect with myself. Through my travels, I learned from breathwork practitioners around the world and brought what I learned into my own evolving practice.

My own path has taken me from addiction, through self-discovery and personal change, to a desire to support others as they work towards change in their own lives. That search has taken me to different places, where I’ve learned from people with different experiences, wisdom and ways of living.
THE AMAZON
Learning with respect for the source.
In recent years, I’ve travelled to the Amazon to learn more about Kambo and the traditions surrounding it. I’ve also had the privilege of meeting members of the Matsés community. I’m trained through the Kambo Practitioner Alliance and have practised for over three years.
Respect for the source matters to me. I source the Kambo I work with directly from members of the Matsés community in the Amazon, and I share this part of my journey with respect for the Indigenous people whose knowledge and traditions are part of its history.
WHY WARRIORS WELLBEING
Making space for change.
Through my own pain, I’m still learning how to change my mindset, reshape my life and move towards something more meaningful. Warriors Wellbeing is a way to share what I’ve learned so far and create a welcoming space for people exploring their own wellbeing journey. My experiences are my own, and every person’s path is different.
